Welcome to the The Eastern Upper Peninsula Regional Planning & Development Commission (EUPRPDC).
The Eastern Upper Peninsula Regional Planning and Development Commission is one of 14 agencies in the State of Michigan; established in 1968 as a multi-county organization to pool resources for the assistance of local governments in the Eastern Upper Peninsula Cities, townships and counties in rural areas often cannot afford the staff or equipment to do grant writing, community surveys, land use planning, zoning, recreation planning, economic and community development, building and maintaining geographic information for their area.

E.U.P Economic Development District
The Eastern U.P. Regional Planning and Development Commission is the designated Economic Development District for the Eastern Upper Peninsula. One of the functions of the district is to prepare and maintain a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS).
