2010 Regular Meeting Dates

The Eastern U.P. Regional Planning & Development Commission is pleased to announce its regular meeting dates for 2010.  Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, a meeting of the Regional Planning Commission Board may be rescheduled subject to public notification.  All meetings will be held at McGowan’s Family Restaurant, which is located at 21459 S. M-123, Trout Lake, MI 49783, unless posted and notified in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.  This meeting schedule will also be posted on the Eastern U.P. Regional Planning & Development Commission’s website.

·       Additional meetings may be scheduled, as needed, on 18 hours notice as permitted by Section 5 (4) of the Michigan Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.265(4)

·       All meetings of the Eastern U.P. Regional Planning & Development Commission are open to the public.  Individuals interested in attending are respectfully requested to contact the Commission’s Assistant Director at 906-635-1581 to RSVP.
