Collaborative effort between Michigan State University's Center for Community and Economic Development, the EUP Regional Planning and Development Commission, Northeast Michigan Council of Governments and the Northwest Michigan Council of Goverments, to conduct a region-wide analysis of Knowledge Economy Indicators in order to craft economic development strategies that align with the New Economy.
