Mr. Hagan is a current member of the Michigan Association of Planning and the Michigan Economic Developers Association. He holds a B.S. in Land Use Planning and Area Management from Lake Superior State University. | |
Ellen Benoit Assistant Director Email: benoitej@att.net Under the supervision of the Executive Director, Ellen participates in agency administration, including policy and program development. She supervises planners and clerical staff, coordinates research and analyis, and data compilation. | Nathan Fazer, Community Planner | GIS Coordinator Email: nfazer@eup-planning.org As the community planner for the EUP, Nathan works on a wide range of projects, including master & recreation planning, providing land use assitance to local units of government, working with MDOT on transportation related activiites, asset & access management, and other general planning projects. Nathan is also the GIS Coordinator, working with local, County, and State agencies to develop and maintain a vast amount of ditigal geographic information. Nathan holds a degree in Planning from Northern Michigan University. | |
