About Us

The Eastern Upper Peninsula Regional Planning & Development Commission (EUPRPDC) is one of 14 Regional Agencies in the State of Michigan and was established in 1968 as a multi-county organization to pool resources for the assistance of local governments in the Eastern Upper Peninsula. We assist EUP municipalities and counties in the areas of grant writing, community surveys, land use planning, recreation planning, economic and community development, transportation, and GIS mapping. The EUPRPDC is a regional, non-profit government agency operating under Michigan Public Act 281 of 1945.

This website is intended to provide you with information about our organization, our projects and programs, and how we serve our local units of government. We are continuously updating our digital document library, provide information and links to resources, and even provide an online mapping system that is being updated with more and more geographic data. Please explore our website and if you can’t find the information you need, contact one of our staff.
