FY 2027-2029 Small Urban Call For Projects (CFP)
Please find attached the formal Small Urban CFP letter. This letter begins the formal MDOT Small Urban CFP process. This letter has important information including the funding amounts and various deadlines for RPAS and local agencies.
A meeting has been scheduled on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. at the EUP Regional Planning & Development Office—2345 Meridian Street; Sault Ste. Maire, Michigan. The purpose of this meeting is to select and prioritize projects for FY 2027 – 2029.
Also attached are the updated Small Urban-Guidelines; the Small Urban area Small Urban Area Map, based on the 2020 census, and the Small Urban Program funding rotation.
